What You'll Do

. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Manages the team – trains and manages his subordinates technically and administratively. Lead by example, you do not just build the strategy, you know the job. You implement structure, processes and you make your team truly successful, to deliver consistent, quality results.

Complete ownership of all processes and activities in the partner onboarding journey. Constantly review the demands and deliverables required to execute a flawless partner onboarding experience at scale, driving value to every partner sooner.

Keeps focus on people’s development and that all tasks are done, while assuring that redundancy always exists.

Is responsible for the knowledge and tools used within the team, as well as perpetually strives to instill new tools and methods to increase the team’s KPIs. Participation in recruitment process – leading of technical interviews, assessment of candidates, help with onboarding of new hires. Integration Managers will turn to you when they get stuck. You are a natural problem-solver, and talented at both navigating and providing clarity and direction in tricky situations. To cover the duties and responsibilities in the absence of the manager. Monitoring and making sure that our internal processes are being followed by the colleagues.

Knowledge in the technical side of the API implementation Excellent communication skills Ability to cut through the ambiguity and identify the core issues Systems orientation and experience – Networking, SQL Strong troubleshooting skills Experience with complex integrated systems SW Qualification / Integration / SW Development experience Work in complex activities in project and matrix environment in parallel Knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, SSL, Web Applications, Load balancers, proxies and firewalls Experience with – Jenkins, Git, Jira, Bamboo, JMeter.

Fluency in English.
