Job Description
As an Interaction Designer at Google Chrome Enterprise, you'll collaborate with product managers, developers, and cross-functional stakeholders to craft intuitive and user-friendly experiences for Chrome across various platforms (iOS, Android, Windows, Mac, Linux, and Chrome OS). Responsibilities include understanding requirements, providing creative solutions, communicating design choices through wireframes, flow diagrams, and prototypes, integrating user feedback, and advocating for design-centric improvements. You'll leverage user-centered design methods, applying the Google design language to build innovative and engaging products. The role requires a strong understanding of technical constraints and a passion for creating seamless user experiences across multiple platforms.
Must have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years in product design or UX
- Cross-platform design experience
- Wireframing, prototyping, UI mockup skills
- Collaboration with technical and design teams
Good to have:
- Master's degree in related field
- Experience in complex organizations
- Understanding of technical constraints on desktop/mobile
- Ability to lead product ideation
- User-centered design process expertise

Job Details
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in product design or UX.
- Experience in designing across multiple platforms and working with technical/design teams to create user flows, wireframes, and building user interface mockups and prototypes.
- Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions).
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience working in a complex, cross-functional organization.
- Experience in technical constraints and limitations as they apply to designing for platforms such as desktop and mobile (Android and iOS).
- Ability to lead and ideate products from scratch and improve features within a user-centered design process.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements and provide creative thoughtful solutions.
- Communicate with the user experience at various stages of the design process with wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups or high fidelity prototypes.
- Integrate user feedback and business requirements into ongoing product experience updates.
- Advocate for the prioritization of design centered changes, refinements and improvements.
