About The Role:
As an In-House Brand Executive Intern, you will get an opportunity to play a crucial role in planning, organizing, and executing a variety of in-house and sponsored events for STAGE. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution and achieve our brand objectives via events.
Responsibilities:
Event Planning and Execution:
Assist in developing comprehensive event plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and vendor management.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, content, creatives, etc.) to align event requirements with overall business objectives.
Source and manage vendors, including venues, caterers, and entertainment providers.
Oversee event logistics, such as invitations, RSVPs, and guest lists.
Support in managing on-site event operations, including setup, tear-down, and troubleshooting.
Brand Activation:
Develop creative and engaging brand activation strategies for events.
Design and execute branded experiences, such as interactive displays, product demonstrations, launch event IPs, and giveaways.
Collaborate with the brand team to create compelling event collateral, including invitations, signage, and promotional materials.
Measure event performance and analyze key metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Sponsors Management:
Cultivate potential sponsors for events.
Negotiate sponsorship packages and ensure fulfillment of sponsor commitments.
Manage sponsor relationships and coordinate sponsor activations.
Post-Event Analysis:
Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the success of each event.
Gather feedback from attendees and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement.
Prepare detailed event reports, including financial summaries and ROI analysis.
Qualifications:
Pursuing/Completed a degree in Marketing, Event Management, or a related media field.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
