As an Intern, EA SPORTS FC Franchise Activation, North America you will support the FC Franchise Activation team in the execution of the EA SPORTS FC marketing campaigns in North America.
You will report to the Senior Manager, FC Franchise Activation.

Responsibilities include:
- You will help execute EA SPORTS FC campaigns in North America.
- You will support the Franchise Activation team in the management of agency partners on physical activations, partner events, and influencer management.
- This includes:
- Recapping meetings & outlining next steps for partner calls
- Attending local partner events + activations (for example, NYCFC matches)
- Attending local shoots
- Working in-office one day at a week
- Track & monitor the performances of our brand activations across the campaign lifecycle. You will lead the creation, development, and presentation of campaign recaps.
- Support Manager, FC Brand Activation in maintaining budget tracker and legal approvals.
- Conduct in-depth and insightful market research across soccer and pop culture brands & campaigns in North America. We welcome creative input into campaign ideation and development.
At the end of your term, you will present a mutually agreed upon campaign execution for the EA SPORTS FC brand in North America.
Requirements:
- Based in New York, New York.
- Travel to meetings, matches and activations in New York, NY.
- Previous marketing internship experience (sports brand/team experience).
- Passion for soccer and sports culture in North America.
- Understanding of popular culture, consumer behavior, trends, and engagement opportunities.
- Verbal, written, and deck-building capabilities.
- Ability to work with team members across a variety of time zones US COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these states. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location.
EA has listed the hourly pay ranges it in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in the locations listed, as of the time of this posting. Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, degree type (e.g. Bachelor’s, Master’s, PhD), what stage you are in your degree journey (i.e. freshman, sophomore, etc.), qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.
HOURLY PAY RANGES
• New York (depending on location e.g. Manhattan vs. Buffalo):
º $24 - $38 USD Hourly
The pay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including 80 hours per year of sick time (prorated based on scheduled hours per week if less than full-time), 16 paid company holidays per year, medical insurance, and 401(k).
