Job Description

As an Intern HR Learning & Development, you'll be involved in a variety of projects and tasks within the Human Resources department, specifically focusing on learning and development initiatives. You'll participate in current HR topics, assist in the administration of leadership trainings and language courses, contribute to HR projects, and support training measures. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience and contribute to Nintendo's mission of bringing joy to people worldwide.
Must have:
  • Compulsory internship during studies
  • Minimum 4-6 months duration
  • Bachelor or Master in Economics, Psychology, or Communication
  • Teamwork, communication, and customer orientation
  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
  • Good German (spoken and written)
  • Self-initiative and structured working method
  • Proficient in MS Office

Tasks

  • Participating in current topics of Human Resources in general

  • Participating in projects and tasks of the Human Resources Learning & Development team like administration for e.g., leadership trainings or language course administration

  • Co-working in our HR projects

  • Independent handling of project tasks

  • Supporting with training measures as well as conceptual cooperation

  • Supporting with administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Internship is offered as a compulsory internship during your studies

  • Minimum duration of compulsory internship should be 4-6 months

  • Bachelor or Master student in the field of economics, psychology or communication

  • Teamwork, communication skills and customer orientation

  • Very good English spoken and written

  • Good German spoken and written

  • Self-initiative action and structured working method

  • Experienced in using MS Office
