Job Description

As the International Associate Project Manager, you'll play a key role in the global success of Exploding Kittens. Responsibilities include managing product launches internationally, from concept to market release; coordinating timelines and deliverables across teams; developing and executing marketing and merchandising solutions; managing trade and consumer events; ensuring marketing assets are delivered on schedule; supporting sales managers with project plans, tracking sales performance, and managing product detail pages on platforms like Amazon; and maintaining compliance documentation and monitoring for counterfeit products. You'll work closely with various internal teams (Creative Operations, Production, Marketing, Sales) and external vendors.

Are you a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with a passion for international business and project management? Join our dynamic International team and play a pivotal role in driving success globally.

As our International Associate Project Manager, you will be at the heart of our international operations, orchestrating key initiatives across sales and marketing while ensuring seamless collaboration between internal teams and external partners. Acting as a strategic connector, you will work closely with Creative Operations, Production, Marketing, and global vendors to bring impactful projects to life.

HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE:

    • Product Launch
    • Accompany and track the International team’s product launch process, from concept to market release, ensuring the timely delivery of product & marketing presentations, marketing Assets, Mockups and product samples - coordinating timelines and deliverables across cross functional teams.
    • Organize, update and distribute these assets across internal and external platforms (Digital Asset Management).
    • Develop and execute marketing and merchandising solutions, partnering with internal teams, customers and external vendors.
    • Project manage trade and consumer events, product demonstrations and marketing activations, partnering with internal teams, customers and external vendor

    • Marketing Operations
    • Ensure all marketing assets are requested, processed and delivered on schedule, aligning with the overall marketing strategy and campaign requirements
    • Support Sales Managers by managing Sales & Marketing project plans for selected customers, tracking sales performance, discounts/rebates, selling and marketing expenses to budget.
    • Support the sales team by coordinating updates to Amazon and other retailer Product Detail Pages inclusive of content, imagery and video - optimizing product placement.
    • Compliance & Brand Protection: project manage creation and maintenance of compliance documentation to customers. Monitor and report counterfeit sellers on (Amazon) market places.

WHAT WE NEED:

    • Bachelor's degree
    • 3+ years of experience in a sales and (trade) marketing support role
    • Strong project management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to generate and interpret reports
    • Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to recalibrate priorities as business dynamics and demands shift
