Job Description
This internship involves coordinating and managing content assets throughout their lifecycle. Responsibilities include collaborating with various teams to ensure timely delivery of assets like posters, trailers, and subtitles; maintaining a structured asset database; uploading content to the STAGE platform with quality checks and accurate metadata; updating IMDB with accurate content information; and assisting the programming team with content scheduling and launches. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in project management tools, and familiarity with OTT platforms and IMDB. Prior experience in content management or media production is a plus but not required.

Content Asset Coordination:
Collaborate with the content, creative, and production teams to ensure all content assets are delivered as per therelease plan.
Follow up with relevant teams for timely submission of assets such as posters, trailers, subtitles, and thumbnails.
Content Asset Collection:
Collect and organize all necessary assets for the content release.
Maintain a well-structured database for easy access and tracking of all assets.
Content Uploading:
Handle the uploading of content and assets on the STAGE platform.
Ensure proper formatting, quality checks, and metadata accuracy before publishing.
IMDB Content Management:
Update and manage content information onIMDBfor each release.
Ensure that all details, such as cast, crew, synopsis, and release date, are accurate and up-to-date.
Content Programming Support:
Assist the programming team in scheduling and organizing content releases.
Provide support during content launches to ensure smooth execution.
Requirements
Education: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Media Studies, Mass Communication, or a related field.
Skills:
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Proficiency in using basic project management tools (e.g., Google Sheets, Trello).
Familiarity with OTT platforms and IMDB updates is a plus.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking.
Experience: Prior experience or internships in content management or media production is preferred but not mandatory.
