Job Description

Larian Studios seeks an Intern IT Generalist to assist with troubleshooting technical issues, configuring IT equipment, managing Active Directory, and documenting IT processes. Must have foundational knowledge of Windows/Linux, virtual machines, server environments, and strong communication skills.

As we move on to new projects, the studio that brought you Baldur’s Gate 3 & Divinity: Original Sin 2 is looking for an Intern IT Generalist to join the team and help us in crafting the high calibre games our fans have come to expect.

Responsibilities

Assist in troubleshooting basic technical issues for end-users
Help with setting up and configuring IT equipment like laptops and desktops
Support Active Directory user management and permissions
Assist with updating the Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
Provide basic support in configuring Windows operating systems
Help with documentation of IT processes and procedures

Requirements

Education in system administration or relevant educational track
Foundational knowledge of Windows / Linux, virtual machines, server environments
Good communication skills in English (spoken and written)
Ability to work well in teams, to cooperate and communicate with other people in the studio
Easily able to adapt to changing conditions in a fast paced environment
