Job Description

The Inventory & Receiving Coordinator will be responsible for tracking, monitoring, investigating, and reconciling inventory. They will also develop and update process flows and standard work procedures for materials, inventory, and/or test software programs. This role reports on inventory and quality issues, coordinates and conducts scheduled inventory audits, oversees inventory written-off processes, and makes recommendations to scrap, convert, or retain slow moving and/or overstocked inventory. The Inventory & Receiving Coordinator identifies trends that lead to inventory discrepancies, identifies and develops process changes for corrective actions/continuous improvement of processes, and coordinates with Internal Audit on Japan Sarbanes Oxley (JSOX) initiatives.
Must have:
  • Two years experience in an automated packaging, distribution, and/or retail environment
  • Good math and analytical skills
  • Flexibility to work various shifts and job assignments
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES

  • Tracks, monitors, investigates, and reconciles inventory

  • Develops and updates process flows and standard work procedures for materials, inventory, and/or test software programs

  • Reports on inventory and quality issues

  • Coordinates and conducts scheduled inventory audits

  • Oversees inventory written-off processes. Makes recommendations to scrap, convert, or retain slow moving and/or overstocked inventory.

  • Identifies trends that lead to inventory discrepancies. Identifies and develops process changes for corrective actions/continuous improvement of processes.

  • Coordinates with Internal Audit on Japan Sarbanes Oxley (JSOX) initiatives

SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS

  • Two years experience in an automated packaging, distribution, and/or retail environment

  • Good math and analytical skills

  • Flexibility to work various shifts and job assignments

  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

  • Requires developed skills through formal training or work experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent

This position includes a base pay range of $24.69 - $34.47 per hour, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
