Investor Relations and Business Development Manager

Remedy Entertainment, the creator of Control®, Max Payne®, Alan Wake®, and one of the leading independent game studios in the world, is looking for an Investor relations and business development manager to drive investor relations and participate in our key business development initiatives.

As an Investor Relations and business development manager, you will play a key role in developing and executing Remedy’s investor relations strategy and communicating our story. In addition to investor relations, you will also have a role in our selected development initiatives and executing our strategy. You will work closely with Remedy’s top management. The ideal candidate has already gained experience for managing investor relations and is capable of independently owning our investor relations processes, supported by key management, finance team and Remedy’s communications team.

WHAT YOU GET TO DO

• Financial reporting and communication: Participating in preparing and developing interim reports, year-end reports, stock exchange and press releases, investor presentations, Q&As, Remedy’s materials available for investors on web pages, leading the annual report project.
• Communicating strategy: Developing and communicating our equity story together with the CFO and CEO.
• Stakeholder engagement: Communicating with analysts and investors. Organizing and participating in investor meetings together with the management. Active networking with internal and external stakeholders
• Participating in arranging General Meetings and being responsible in coordinating Capital Markets Days.
• Participation in selected internal development initiatives, strategy work, operational development initiatives and internal action follow-ups.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE

• You have previous relevant experience in investor relations, communication or financial analysis, preferably in a publicly traded company.
• You can speak and write excellent English and Finnish in the investor context.
• You can also work independently. You are organized and have high level of attention to detail, especially related to financial data and regulatory requirements. You enjoy working with different topics with hands-on.
• In addition to investor relations, you are interested in the gaming market and understand financial reporting and business analysis.
• You are used to working in an environment with several internal and external stakeholders.
• You have high interest to learn and grow as part of our team.
• You thrive working in a team environment and sharing ideas. You are used to collaborating with colleagues across different departments and you can communicate and present your ideas in a clear and coherent way. As a team member, you are dedicated to contributing towards a friendly and inclusive work environment.
• Your education is Master’s degree in finance, Economics, communications or a related field.
