About the Role 

WildBrain is looking for an IT Administrator to join our Info Technology team! Reporting to the Director, Global Technology Support, you will be responsible for providing computer and server support for our EMEA, APAC, North America, & UK offices. The position provides first, second and third-level support and is responsible for ensuring the overall health of hardware and network systems.

Job Description

  • Acting as the first point of contact providing primary technical support for the IT Service Desk
  • Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware, software, peripherals, and mobile devices
  • Supports and maintains user account information including onboarding/offboarding, rights, security, and system groups following IT policies and procedures
  • Document and track all problems, requests and solutions using our centrally managed Ticketing System
  • Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems with attention to detail and best in class customer service
  • Adheres to hardware, software and other IT related best practices and standards.
  • Be willing to take on additional responsibilities and learning opportunities as they come up

Qualifications

  • Experience working in a desktop support role
  • Strong knowledge of Windows systems, and MacOS, iOS an asset
  • Familiar with MDM solutions
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise networking concepts and best practices
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills – written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills
  • ITIL Foundation experiences and/or certification is an asset
  • Experience in a media/entertainment related environment is an asset
  • Strong communication skills - ability to communicate with all levels up to and including senior executives
