Role overview:
The ITAO is responsible for the entire application lifecycle management of the INMAP OCR application. INMAP is a platform service that provides optical character recognition services (OCR).
The ITAO must ensure that the applications are enhanced and maintained in accordance with the Bank's IT Policy requirements and ensure proper infrastructure support is available.
Responsibilities/Tasks:
Engage and manage multiple main stakeholders to ensure regulatory application compliance, smooth operations, and a sound development lifecycle. (Including Application Management, Business, Security, Development, Test (QA), IT Support, Finance, external Vendors and Architecture)
Monitor technical Performance of Applications (Response Times, Error Rates, Memory/Storage Usage) and engage Issues
Closely work within the application management support team to ensure platform stability
Ensuring that the changes to the applications in scope are fully aligned to Deutsche Bank standards and regulations.
