IT & Cybersecurity Lead/Manager

Snowprint Studios is looking for an IT & Cybersecurity Lead/Manager. This is your opportunity to work with competent industry experts on a prestigious, multiple finalist and award winning* team and strategy game.

In this role, you’ll lead Snowprints IT infrastructure, ensuring our systems are secure, efficient, and compliant. You’ll develop and monitor cybersecurity protocols, manage hardware and network operations, and provide essential software tools to our teams. You’ll ensure compliance with data privacy and security legislation such as GDPR and CRA. . You’ll work closely with external providers to optimize IT services. Your ability to take ownership, communicate effectively, and make strong technical decisions will be key in keeping our operations running smoothly.

With strong self-leadership— you will take initiative, collaborate with our teams, and drive improvements without waiting for direction. In this role, you'll proactively identify security risks, optimize IT workflows, and ensure our teams have the best technical resources to create great games.

To succeed in this role, we think you have…

• Proven experience as a Cybersecurity, IT, InfoSec manager or similar role, ideally in gaming or tech.

• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices and experience with implementing security policies and procedures.

• Experience implementing and maintaining endpoint cybersecurity tools like XDR.

• Proficiency in hardware, network, including cloud infrastructure and mobile device management (MDM).

• Familiarity with IT compliance standards and data privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, CRA).

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• A passion for games and a drive to support our teams to create great games.

Also nice to have:

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms.

• Experience managing software updates, patching, and endpoint security.

• A proactive mindset with a drive for continuous improvement and innovation.
