The purpose of this role is to lead the growth of Clariant's Data Integration Platform, including designing and developing solution architecture, governance, and standards. The role also involves drafting the solution roadmap, steering independent projects, and overseeing the work of data engineers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement data-driven applications and analytics solutions.
• Lead international projects and manage end-to-end data pipelines.
• Utilize Machine Learning/Generative AI for advanced data analytics.
• Identify and address new business requirements and process improvements.
• Provide support, maintain existing solutions, and produce high-quality documentation and training materials.
  
  

Requirements

• Any Certified Graduate or Postgraduate would be preferable.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in application environments and relevant development tools.
• At least 4 years of experience with Cloud technologies, Python, and SQL; AWS knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with Generative AI is advantageous.
• Project Management experience is required.
• AWS and Scrum certifications are beneficial.
• Proactive with the ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
