IT Delivery Manager

• Follow up on open items and track project issues and risks for multiple projects concurrently;

• Ensure all aspects of delivery are tracked, ensuring projects are resourced and meet client and business expectations;

• Manage the overall delivery process of new products from concept to launch;

• Handle internal and external technical integrations.

We need your professional experience:

• At least 5 years of proven experience in managing complex projects, preferably as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, or Scrum Master, with a strong track record of leading projects through their full life cycle;

• Experience managing technical integrations, including internal back-office systems, product integrations, 3rd party wallet integrations, and 3rd party platform/software integrations;

• Advanced knowledge of Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.) to effectively track and manage project tasks, workflows, and documentation;

• Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum, SAFe, and LeSS, capable of adapting to various project environments;

• Familiarity with UI/UX principles and front-end/browser understanding to efficiently collaborate with development teams and ensure seamless product delivery;

• Proficient in using Git for version control, IDEs and text editors like Visual Studio Code, roadmap tools like Jira Plans, alerting tools such as PagerDuty, and observability tools like Grafana and ELK;

• Upper-intermediate level of English or higher, enabling effective communication with stakeholders, clients, and international team members.
