Job Summary
As the IT Domain Specialist, your role is key in improving the stability and reliability of our cloud offerings and solutions to ensure continuity of service for our customers. You will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end development of key cloud platform and solutions which includes technical design, integration requirements, delivery and lifecycle management.
You are a specialist across and/or within a technology domain and viewed as the go-to person in the business to provide technical support in the development and delivery of cloud infrastructure platforms and solutions.

What You’ll Do
• Position is in our Infrastructure Platform Operations Team and responsible for daily activities such as Service Requests, Problem management, Configuration Management, Cloud Automation, Design and Support for the TI AWS platform and applications.
• Strong sense of responsibility, good team player and able to work independently.
• Strong Communication Skills is a must, able to provide clear updates to domain teams.
• Responsible to maintain the AWS & On premise platform infrastructure (Access, Compute, Storage, Capacity, Networking, Security, Configuration and Database services).
•Maintains the security, availability, and reliability of the AWS & On premises platform infrastructure.
• Assist with AWS & On premise related P1 and P2 incidents and work from troubleshooting to the resolution. Keep platform and infrastructure Manager and Senior Leadership Team informed.
•Work with Infrastructure SME's on AWS platform initiatives and projects to ensure conformance to operational processes and standards.
• Responsible for acceptance project handover to operations.
• Assist security assessments and leads in remediation activities as part of the security program and ensures teams adhere to the SDLC Framework.
• Support IT service performance metrics on system utilisation and health reporting
• Taking lead on automation in using the existing and available tool kits, such as Tanium, terraform & Splunk products.
About You
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on AWS Cloud & On Premise Infrastructure experience including deployment, setup and configuration using AWS
• Experience with Building/Supporting cloud environments using Terraform, Ansible, and CloudFormation is essential.
•AWS DevOps Engineer or AWS Sys Ops Administrator certification is essential.
• Linux and Windows system admin activities such as Installation, system integration, patching, upgrade.
• Experience using DevOps and CI/CD tools such Confluence, Jira, Bitbucket, Bamboo.
• Good understanding of IP Networking, Routing, VPN/IPSEC.
• Good Knowledge on On-premise hardware deployment & maintenance
