As a Helpdesk & IT professional at Playstudios Israel, you will be the go-to person for all technical issues, ensuring smooth operations for our employees. You will manage endpoint computers (Macs), office networks/servers, build processes, version control systems (git/svn), file storage, Exchange, antivirus software, and other essential tools.
*Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for endpoints, networks, servers, build processes, version control systems, file storage, Exchange, antivirus software, and other day-to-day tools.
Manage IT projects and automations, including Jamf, Intune, NAC, backups, new build systems, and more.
3+ years of related experience.
Experience with Helpdesk/Sysdesk (Freshservice).
Support experience with development teams (Developers, QA, Product teams).
Proficiency with macOS and Windows.
Expertise in office network support, including workstations, laptops (Mac and PC), and printers.
Experience with backup solutions for servers and workstations.
Familiarity with Palo Alto/GlobalProtect.
Familiarity with Identity Providers (Okta).
Proactive and service-oriented approach.
High proficiency in English and Hebrew.
