Bosch Service Solutions is seeking an IT Help Desk Consultant to provide first and second-level support to Bosch customers and partners via phone, email, chat, and web. Responsibilities include identifying, troubleshooting, and documenting technical issues, delivering accurate solutions, logging customer interactions, and contributing to service improvement. The role requires representing Bosch professionally, collaborating with teammates, and escalating complex cases when necessary. Job Description

Main objective of the job:

Assures customer satisfaction by offering support via phone, e-mail, chat and web, information, assistance and registers into the database the customer’s requested changes while resolving in a complete and proper way the complaints, in accordance with the procedures and work instructions.

You will:

  • Provide first-and second-level support for Bosch customers and partners in line with internal procedures;
  • Identify, troubleshoot and document technical issues or customer requests;
  • Deliver accurate and lasting solutions, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction;
  • Log customer interactions in our internal ticketing system, ensuring all key details are captured;
  • Contribute to service improvement by helping to reduce dropped calls and increase resolution rates;
  • Represent Bosch with professionalism and a customer-first attitude;
  • Collaborate with your teammates and provide support when needed—team spirit is key!
  • Stay up to date with internal processes and take part in regular training sessions;
  • Escalate complex cases to senior colleagues or product owners when necessary.

  • Relocation package - If you’re being recruited from more than 50 km away, we provide a standard relocation package of 2500 RON (conditions apply). This is a one-time fee, paid together with your first salary.
