Job Description

The IT Manager will work with studio executives, department heads, producers, and key personnel to provide IT systems that support the operation of a fast-growing computer game production environment. They will lead IT teams, manage budgets, and oversee infrastructure. This role requires experience in networking, production infrastructure, and supporting large-scale projects within a high-tech industry. The ideal candidate should possess a proactive, support-oriented, and solution-focused mindset. Must have:

5+ years experience leading a successful IT portfolio.
Experience with game production and software development.
Formal education/degree in computer science or IT.
Experience leading an IT team.
Experience with budgeting, infrastructure forecasting, and procurement.
Proficient in network switching/routing fundamentals.
Understanding of Windows desktop and server systems, including VMs.
Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively.
Highly organized with ability to multitask.
Great attention to detail.
Thrive in a high-pressure, deadline-oriented environment.
Willing to learn new technologies and operating environments.
