IT Ops Specialist
Job Summary
Job Description
Voodoo seeks an IT Ops Specialist to manage Level 1 and Level 2 IT tasks, ensuring excellent employee support. Responsibilities include preparing computers for new hires, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, maintaining IT operations (OS, security tools, applications), tracking inventory, ensuring VC room functionality, updating IT procedures, and participating in IT projects. The ideal candidate will work with Google Workspace, Slack, SaaS management tools, Jamf/Intune MDM, Okta SSO, Cisco Meraki, and Polycom VC systems, supporting a predominantly Apple hardware environment.
Must have:
- Level 1 & 2 IT support
- Hardware/software troubleshooting
- IT infrastructure maintenance
- Inventory management
- Documentation & procedure updates

Responsabilities
- You are in charge of Level 1 and Level 2 IT tasks (such as preparing computers for new joiners, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, etc..)
- You ensure IT Services delivers the best experience in relation to employees support, deployments, infrastructure, and day to day IT activities
- You maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications
- You track and maintain hardware and software inventory
- You verify the good functioning of the VC rooms
- You update and document the current IT procedures
- You take part in IT Projects

- MDM : Jamf (Mac & Iphone) & Intunes (PC Windows & Android)
- SSO, SAML : Okta
- Cisco Meraki (LAN, WIFI, Firewall)
- VC Systems : Polycom
- Hardware: 85% Apple, 15% Windows
