As a Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.
Preferred Knowledge / skills
Delivering IT security projects to large global organizations;
Working collaboratively with team members across countries and cultures throughout the project management life cycle;
Applying knowledge of IT security practices, processes and procedures to manage the implementation of security solutions centrally and across the PwC network of firms;
Identifying escalating and removing team impediments that jeopardize project deliverables or sprint goals;
Using Project Management tools such as ServiceNow PPM, MS VSTS, Azure DevOps, MS Project, etc.;
Managing multiple project managers in the support of delivery programme scope.
Supporting the creation of project plans and/or sprint schedules and maintaining the plans/schedules based on information from vendors, NIS teams including Security
Architecture, Member Firms and interdependent projects;
Incorporating updates and changes to project plans, deployment schedules and support the preparation of reports and presentations for executive levels;
Working in large program environments supporting large scale security programs or leading smaller projects;
Supporting the management of Sponsor/customer expectations collaboratively and interacting with sponsors on a regular basis to provide project updates and support escalations when needed;
Working with other Program and Portfolio Leaders to effectively manage scope, budget and schedule to ensure programs deliver the expected cyber security risk reduction benefits on time and within the agreed budget;
Applying knowledge of the Firm to the Project Management activities to comply with Firm policies and standards;
Identifying and tracking project goals, timelines and action items at the territory level and escalating when necessary to the NIS/PMO management team;
Scheduling and facilitating implementation and adoption calls with the member firms on a weekly and or biweekly basis;
Identifying risks, issues, and mitigation plans, working with NIS/PMO management and relevant teams, e.g. Migration Engineering and CISO Services team, as needed;
Managing and tracking Budget cycles;
Possessing the ability to manage multiple technical initiatives and effectively work collaboratively with stakeholders in varied geographic areas;
Supporting the PMO on new Continuous improvement programs;
Building relationships with stakeholders to facilitate effective and efficient program delivery;
Using creative thinking to promote adoption across the Member Firms;
Evidencing adept problem solving and critical-thinking skills;
Leveraging interpersonal skills that facilitate team building; and,
Leading with the ability to respond to challenging situations with a pragmatic approach towards solutions.
