The IT Project Manager will oversee technical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. The role involves managing multiple technical projects of varying durations, ranging from 1 to 12 months, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. The Project Manager will work with cross-functional teams, analyze requirements, mitigate risks, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure project success.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gain project buy-in and address concerns.
Manage project budgets and ensure adherence to financial targets.
Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues promptly.
Communicate project progress, risks, and updates proactively to stakeholders.
Manage multiple technical projects simultaneously using SDLC and Agile methodologies.
Oversee implementation and integration of network and systems technologies, including Microsoft email solutions.
Provide concise, actionable summaries of potential issues or risks to stakeholders.

Requirement Analysis and Documentation: Proficiency in analyzing business and technical requirements and documenting detailed specifications.
Stakeholder Engagement: Expertise in obtaining stakeholder buy-in and addressing concerns to ensure smooth project execution.
Budget Management: Strong understanding of project budgeting and financial tracking to meet cost objectives.
Risk and Issue Mitigation: Experience in identifying and resolving risks and issues to keep projects on track.
SDLC Methodology: Hands-on experience managing projects using the Software Development Life Cycle.
Agile Methodology: Proven ability to deliver projects using Agile frameworks and practices.
Network and Systems Technologies: Knowledge of enterprise network and systems technologies.
Microsoft Email Solutions: Experience with Microsoft-based email platforms and their integration.
Quantitative and Qualitative Analysis: Strong analytical skills to solve complex problems and drive project decisions.
