Must have:
  • 5-10 years managing ERP and HCM Oracle Cloud programs.
  • Experience in managing large-scale system integrations.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud, Okta, SailPoint, and others.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to create plans.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
Good to have:
  • Experience in home health and healthcare is a plus.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations, standards and industry preferred.
  • MBA or another advanced degree (s) desirable.
  • PMP or related project management certification is desirable.

IT Project Manager - HCM

Position Overview
 
We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to lead the downstream system integration related activities of a large Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) program.
Working with teams responsible for the parent company’s source instance of Oracle HCM, this resource will coordinate the technical tasks of the IT teams responsible for requirements, design, development, testing and deployment of the required downstream system integrations required by the acquired entry to continue to operate their systems, which include applications like Okta for access (MFA/SSO), SailPoint for entitlements and provisioning, ServiceNow for ITIL and ITAM related processes, and approximately 60-70 other existing integrations that are required. Both the parent company and acquired entity are using Oracle HCM.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the HCM integration related task for the program transition from one instance of Oracle Cloud to another, ensuring smooth and seamless integration.
  • Oversee approximately 60-75 system integrations with third-party suppliers, ensuring robust connectivity and functionality with Oracle Cloud.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including suppliers, internal teams, and management, to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
  • Contribute to an existing plan, schedule and maintain detailed project plans, timelines; ensuring projects stay on track and within scope.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to address potential challenges.
  • Provide regular updates to management and stakeholders on project status, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management practices and outcomes.
  • Utilize best practices and Oracle methodologies for ERP and HCM Oracle Cloud programs management.

Required Skillsets

  • This is a remote role based in the US
  • 5-10 years of experience managing ERP and HCM Oracle Cloud programs.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale system integrations, particularly with third-party suppliers.
  • Experience in home health and healthcare is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud, Okta, SailPoint, and other relevant systems.
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Strong leadership and written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations, standards and industry preferred
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • MBA or another advanced degree (s) desirable
  • PMP or related project management certification is desirable
