Job Description

Roof Stacks seeks an IT Purchasing Specialist to manage procurement processes across its group companies. Responsibilities include analyzing purchase requests, managing RFP processes, ensuring timely order delivery, preparing procurement documentation, and maintaining supplier relationships. The role requires experience in purchasing and financial processes, proficiency in MS Office, fluent English, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and expertise in managing license administration, security compliance, and asset costs. The successful candidate will create periodic reports, develop supplier portfolios, negotiate contracts, and ensure adherence to company quality procedures. This on-site position in Istanbul is a full-time opportunity.

4+ years purchasing/financial experience
MS Office proficiency
Fluent English
Strong communication & problem-solving skills
RFP process management
Supplier relationship management
Budget management & reporting

Qualifications

*Graduates of universities in Economics, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering,

*At least 4+ years of experience in purchasing and financial processes,

*Proficient in MS Office programs,

*Fluent in English,

*A team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills,

*Candidates with strong planning and organizational skills.

Job Description

*Analyze purchasing requests for all group companies and manage the RFP (Request for Approval) processes,

*Ensure that open orders are delivered on time and correctly,

*Prepare, track, and finalize the necessary documentation for purchases,

*Ensure supplier diversity and research prices for each material and service group,

*Prepare periodic reports on procurement details and budgets,

*Enter all activities into the system, ensuring that they are documented according to the company’s quality procedures and processes,

*Develop and manage a supplier portfolio,

*Communicate with suppliers to review costs and contract terms, track contracts, and ensure that purchasing processes are implemented on time as per the recorded procedures,

*Manage license administration, security compliance, and control asset costs,

*Plan standard supplier contracts,

*Ensure the proper management of budget processes for project-based planning.
