Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for IT roles, including Software Engineers, focusing on bulk hiring and staff augmentation in Canada and the USA. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various technical positions. Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies. Utilize Zoho Recruit for candidate management and tracking. Build a strong candidate pipeline through various channels, ensuring a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding. Stay informed about market trends and best hiring practices in North America.
Must have:

- Familiarity with international hiring (Canada, USA)
- Zoho Recruit (or similar ATS) experience

Requirements
- Proven experience in IT recruitment, specifically for software engineering roles.
- Expertise in bulk hiring and staff augmentation.
- Familiarity with international hiring practices, particularly for Canada and the USA.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Recruit or similar Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
