Job Summary
• Lead team to perform IT risk assessment and monitoring remediation action plans for D&TO organization. Partner with key stakeholder groups in IT, Operations, Audit and Finance to collaborate on risk and compliance activities related to SOX and Operational risks. Drive use of data visualization tools to provide insights on key risk concerns for decision makers.
Responsibilities
• Able to manage day-to-day activities for a project or team comprised of professional employees designing and developing IT risk management and compliance processes, methodology and workflow to report assessment results for senior leadership
• Prioritizes and assigns IT work to employees and technical resources internally and externally; ensures tasks are completed and work goals and objectives are met, including incident management, remediation action plans, and root cause analysis.
• Coaches and develops team members on skill proficiency and performance with general direction on tasks and regular feedback.
• Regularly mentors entry- through expert-level level professionals with daily tasks.
Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Auditing or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 7-10 years of job-related experience or 5-7 years of management experience, preferably in Audit, Compliance, Risk Management, IT supervisory, or a related field.

The base pay range for this role is $102,500 to $157,850 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
