This is an internship opportunity for a dynamic, forward-thinking individual to join the iGaming industry. The IT Support Engineer Intern will immerse themselves in real-world projects, collaborate with industry professionals, and unleash their creativity. The program is a 12-week program with fixed dates, offering hands-on experience within a supportive environment. Responsibilities include providing end user support, troubleshooting issues, maintaining IT assets, developing user training, and managing hardware and software inventory.
Must have:
  • Currently studying in a Maltese institution.
  • Residing in Malta (no relocation offered)
  • Available from 30th June 2025 - 19th September 2025.
  • Able to work 30 hours per week

Join our team and embark on a journey of discovery, growth, and hands-on experience. As an IT Support Engineer Intern with us, you'll have the chance to immerse yourself in real-world projects, collaborate with industry professionals, and unleash your creativity in a supportive and dynamic environment. 

For the 5th consecutive year we are hosting a 12-weeks ROAR Internship Programme for students to join our highly performing teams across the whole Business! 

     
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
  1. Currently undergoing studies in a Maltese institution at MQF levels 5, 6 or 7
  2. Residing in Malta (no relocation offered)
  3. Available from 30th June 2025 - 19th September 2025 (fixed dates 12-weeks programme)
  4. Able to work 30 hours per week 
AS OUR IT SUPPORT ENGINEER INTERN YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:        
  • Providing end user support, troubleshoot issues and helping develop solutions with the team.
     
  • Supporting and maintaining in-house technology equipment and IT assets.
     
  • Developing and providing user training for basic hardware and software use. 
     
  • Performing hardware and software inventory management.
     
  • Assisting the IT team in configuring new systems and current projects.
