Scopely is looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our AMER IT team on a remote basis!

Reporting to the Senior IT Manager, the IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing remote support for IT service requests by Scopely employees based in the Americas region.
What You Will Do
Liaise with counterparts from the EMEA and APAC regions to ensure global standardization and process adherence
Remotely troubleshoot and resolve technical issues including but not limited to: workstations, docks, network connectivity, line of business applications, password resets, and account provisioning in Google/Okta/JumpCloud
Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to identify and address IT needs and requirements.
Assist with large Zoom events (All Hands Meetings, etc.)
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in Okta, Google Workspace, and other internal Scopely systems and corporate SAAS services
Define and document system run books and operating procedures including periodic auditing for accuracy
Serve as an escalation point for Helpdesk and Service Desk technicians as needed
What We’re Looking For
4 to 6 years of experience directly supporting end users in a SAAS-centric enterprise environment
Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to explain complex technical concepts in layman terms.
Intermediate knowledge of networking and information security concepts.
Expertise with core business applications such as Jira, Confluence, Slack, Okta, etc.
Proven experience supporting developer tools such as Unity, Autodesk, Perforce, Github, GitLab, Jenkins, Adobe, and/or Unreal.
Ability to work independently ensuring completion of all projects and tasks. You are innately proactive, can find the answers you seek, and are not afraid to follow breadcrumbs, ask questions, or change directions when you hit an information roadblock.
Ability to adapt and function at a high level in a fast-paced business environment.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
Bonus Points
Previous experience in game development.
Previous experience serving as an escalation point for junior level IT technicians
Certifications in macOS, Windows, Linux, Security, or Cloud-based IDP solutions are a plus.
For candidates in CA, CO, MD, NJ, NY and WA, the annual salary range is $66,560 - $95,000 plus equity, bonus and benefits including healthcare benefits, retirement benefits, pet insurance, paid holidays, paid Scopely free days, and unlimited paid time-off. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
