Job Summary

Job Description

As a Tech Support Analyst, you will be part of a dynamic team working with hardware installation and issue resolution for internal and external customers of all types and skill levels. Responsibilities include imaging and deploying hardware/software for new hires, recovering and re-imaging hardware, following escalation procedures, using remote control tools, providing accurate call records, and proactively identifying solutions to anticipate customer needs. The role involves planning, prioritizing, organizing, and completing work to meet established objectives. The IT support specialist will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, deploy and maintain hardware, and provide service desk and ITSM support. This position requires the ability to communicate effectively with non-IT people and the capability to work autonomously.

Responsibilities
