The IT Support Technician will be responsible for providing technical support to users at the Paris and Angoulême sites. This includes gathering and analyzing user requests, providing technical assistance, and managing support tickets using the GLPI management tool. The role involves managing the installation, configuration, and maintenance of workstations, network equipment, and peripherals, including network cabling and intervention on network equipment. Additionally, the technician will oversee the management and maintenance of the computing farm and will be responsible for setting up tracking tools for weekly and monthly reporting of tickets and user requests, and will participate in the continuous improvement of IT tools, considering user feedback. The role also includes educating users about best practices and rules regarding the use of the Information System. A good understanding of Linux and Windows environments is crucial to succeed in this position.
