As an IT Systems Administrator at VGW, you'll ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of our core IT systems. You’ll manage and optimise environments across MacOS, Windows Server, Linux, and the cloud to drive operational efficiency and support our continued growth.

<li>Help design and implement system performance monitoring processes, identifying and addressing potential issues to ensure uptime and reliability.</li>
<li>Support the implementation of IT security best practices in collaboration with our security team, including ensuring system protection through measures like antivirus solutions, intrusion prevention, and encryption.</li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure IT services align with business needs and strategic objectives.</li>
</ul>
What you will bring to the role:
<ul>
<li>You have proven experience in systems administration and network management.</li>
<li>You are skilled in managing SaaS platforms, including onboarding, integration, and identity access management (IAM) systems.</li>
<li>You have hands-on experience with network administration, including firewalls, VPNs, and networking protocols (TCP/IP, VLANs).</li>
<li>You have good knowledge of identity management systems such as Okta, with experience in integration and access control configuration.</li>
