Job Summary
Job Description
Voodoo is seeking an IT Technician to handle Level 1 and Level 2 IT tasks, ensuring employees receive excellent support. Responsibilities include preparing computers for new hires, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, maintaining IT operations (operating systems, security tools, applications), managing hardware and software inventory, verifying VC room functionality, updating IT procedures, and participating in IT projects. The ideal candidate will have experience with a range of technologies, including G Suite, Slack, Atlassian/Jira, Azure Active Directory, Office 365, Jamf, Intunes, Okta, Torii, Palo Alto Cortex, Bamboo HR, Lever, Lattice, Cisco Meraki, Palo Alto Firewall, and Polycom VC systems. The role is on-site in Paris.
Must have:
- Level 1 & 2 IT support
- Hardware & software troubleshooting
- IT infrastructure maintenance
- Inventory management
- Documentation & procedure updates
- Project participation

Responsabilities
- You are in charge of Level 1 and Level 2 IT tasks (such as preparing computers for new joiners, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, etc..)
- You ensure IT Services delivers the best experience in relation to employees support, deployments, infrastructure, and day to day IT activities
- You maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications
- You track and maintain hardware and software inventory
- You verify the good functioning of the VC rooms
- You update and document the current IT procedures
- You take part in IT Projects
