Job Description

Paytm Money seeks a skilled Java Backend Developer to design, develop, and maintain backend systems and APIs using Java and Spring Framework. This role involves working on microservices architecture, collaborating with cross-functional teams, writing clean and efficient code, troubleshooting systems, and participating in code reviews. Responsibilities include building scalable, high-performing, and reliable backend systems supporting the financial services platform. The ideal candidate will have 1-4+ years of Java experience, proficiency in the Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC), experience with microservices, RESTful APIs, and relational/non-relational databases. Knowledge of CI/CD and Git is essential.

Must have:

Strong Java programming skills (1-4+ years)
Proficiency in Spring Framework
Microservices architecture experience
RESTful APIs and API design
Relational and NoSQL database knowledge
CI/CD and Git experience

Good to have:

Financial/Fintech domain experience
Docker and Kubernetes knowledge
