Job Description
We are seeking a JavaScript Team Lead to join our dynamic team. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for guiding a team of developers, ensuring the successful delivery of projects, and contributing to the technical direction of our JavaScript-based applications. Your role will involve code reviews, mentoring team members, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions. We are looking for someone passionate about front-end development and experienced in leading teams to achieve high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
Must have:
- Proven experience as a JavaScript Developer
- Experience in leading a development team
- Strong understanding of JavaScript and its ecosystem
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to mentor and guide junior developers
Good to have:
- Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
