Required Skills And Qualifications

• Assist in creating 2D/3D animations, motion graphics, and visual effects for projects.
• Collaborate with senior animators, designers, and other team members to produce high-quality animations.
• Understand project requirements and execute animations according to client briefs and project guidelines.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop animation concepts and ideas.
• Maintain project timelines and ensure that all animations are delivered on schedule.
• Stay updated with the latest animation trends, tools, and techniques.
  
  

Peferred Skills

• Create high-quality motion graphics for a wide range of media including social media, digital platforms, advertisements, and video content.
• Work closely with the creative team to conceptualize and develop motion designs that align with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with video editors, copywriters, and designers to produce cohesive visual content.
• Animate typography, logos, and illustrations to enhance visual storytelling.
• Design and animate 2D and 3D elements as needed.
• Continuously improve animations based on feedback from creative leads or clients.
• Stay updated on current design trends, tools, and techniques to create cutting-edge content.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
• Video editing skills will be considered an added advantage.
  
  

Qualifications

• A degree/diploma in Animation, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Proficiency in animation software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Animate, Autodesk Maya, Blender, or similar tools.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design software like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of animation principles, motion graphics, and visual storytelling.
• A creative mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
