As a Game Programmer, you will:

• Design and write the clean code that runs and controls games on iOS and Android devices.
• Design, architect, and document technical designs for gameplay systems.
• Work closely with other team members (art, level design, design, production, QA engineers) to ensure good communication and coordination.
• Collaborate with Production to coordinate task lists, ensuring assignments progress as expected according to schedules, milestones, and overall project goals.
• Identify and review task risks, recommending and helping implement mitigation and contingencies.
• Be involved in the design process, offering advice and information from a technical perspective.
• Liaise with QA and compatibility departments to aid in the testing plan.

We’re looking for someone who has:

• A B.E/B.Tech from a reputed institute. IIT/BITS/IIIT/NIT
• A solid foundation in Unity and 3D game development, with at least 1+ years of hands-on experience.
• General knowledge and understanding of Unity’s systems related to gameplay, including AI, camera, input controls, and physics.
• Strong programming skills and a deep knowledge of data structures.
• A desire to be a star performer in a high-performance DevOps team that continuously seeks challenges and pushes limits.
• A continuous learner's mindset and a drive for innovation.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to address issues proactively.
• A keen interest in staying ahead of the technology curve.
• Experience working on published AAA games is a strong advantage.
• A passion for gaming and creating top-quality games.
