Junior Accountant

Testronic, a global leader in quality assurance for the entertainment industry, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Accountant. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records.

The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background in accounting or finance and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You should be able to work well independently as well as collaboratively with colleagues and have a high level of attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the day-to-day accounting operations for international entities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
• Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and journal entries.
• Assist with financial reporting and analysis, including variance analysis and budget preparation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.
• Maintain and organize financial records and documentation.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance.
• Knowledge of international accounting principles and procedures would be a plus.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with communicative English (mostly written).
