Junior AI Art Specialist

We’re looking for a curious and creative Junior AI Art Specialist to join our central Creative team in Tel-Aviv. You’ll take ownership of training and refining generative AI models, optimizing AI-assisted workflows, and supporting artists as they explore new creative possibilities with AI. Over time, you’ll expand into more advanced initiatives - experimenting with cutting-edge techniques, pushing the boundaries of visual quality, and helping shape how AI integrates into the entire Playstudios creative pipeline. This role requires a strong artistic sense, a passion for creative technology, and the ability to work independently while staying aligned with team objectives.

Must Have

• Train and refine generative AI models, including LoRAs, to enhance quality and output.
• Develop and optimize AI-assisted creative workflows.
• Guide and train 2D artists to effectively incorporate AI tools into their creative processes.
• Experiment and innovate with generative AI to push artistic boundaries and improve visual results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into the overall creative pipeline.

• Background in gaming or familiarity with the gaming industry.
• Basic coding skills for workflow automation and optimization.

• Organized and proactive, capable of managing tasks independently without micromanagement.
• A technical mindset for handling AI models and workflows, even without deep coding expertise.
• Ability to adapt and experiment with emerging AI technologies.
