Job Description

Join the Application Support Centre team to support Treasury management applications for a well-known client. You will handle technical support, interface with the application, and support the Treasury application. Responsibilities include supporting the trading application, handling technical support domains, technical requirements engineering, on-call support for overnight batches, investigating failures, and assisting in functional business requirements. You will also need to understand how an interface is working. The role offers opportunities for technical and soft skills development and industry expertise.

Must have:

Basic knowledge of handling Linux machines.
Good knowledge of Python.
Good knowledge of Excel.
Knowledge of SAP BI tool.
All acceptable at Education level.

Good to have:

Previous work experience.
Experience with Treasury.
Knowledge/experience of AWS.

In this role, you will be working on implementation of Treasury management applications for one of our well-known clients. You will have a chance to grow your technical and soft skills, and build a thorough expertise of the industry of our client. Responsibilities

Working on a daily basis with the business to support the trading application and up and downstream interfaces of our client, with SaaS. Your work will be to support the Treasury application to handle all technical support domains and the interfacing around the application.

You will be also responsible for:

Treasury Application Support activities on a day-to-day basis

Technical requirements engineering

On call Support for overnight batches. Able to investigate failures in a logical and systematic way. Remediate failures and evaluate and communicate impact

Assist in specification of functional business requirements

Understand how an interface is working

Skills

Must have

Basic knowledge of handling Linux machines.

Good knowledge of Python

Good knowledge of Excel

knowledge of SAP BI tool

All acceptable at Education level

Nice to have

Previous work experience

Experience with Treasury

knowledge/experience of AWS
