Key Responsibilities
- Design Creation: Assist in developing and producing high-quality designs for a range of projects, including digital and print media.
- Layout Adjustments: Make necessary adjustments and modifications to existing layouts to ensure they align with brand guidelines and project requirements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with senior designers and other team members to understand project briefs and deliver creative solutions.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to the brand’s visual identity and guidelines.
- Feedback Implementation: Incorporate feedback from senior designers and stakeholders to refine and improve designs.
- File Management: Maintain organized files and project assets for easy access and retrieval.
- Support: Assist the creative team with additional tasks as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency and productivity of the department.
- Education: A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a creative or advertising agency.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of design principles and layout techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively within a team.
- Time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of web design and familiarity with digital content creation.
- Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Basic understanding of print production processes.
