Junior Art Director (UI/UX)

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of UI design concepts, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand design requirements and user needs
• Participate in user research and usability testing to validate and iterate on design solutions
• Ensure that designs are accessible, comply with web standards, and are optimized for performance
• Learn and adhere to the organization's design system and brand guidelines
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI design

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field
• 4-5 years of experience in UI design for digital products and services (including internships or freelance work)
• Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Self-motivated and eager to learn and grow in the field of UI design

Preferred:

• Experience working in an agency environment for user interface designs
• Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite softwares
