Job Summary
Job Description
The Junior Business Analyst will work closely with the Coaching and Ops team, focusing on workforce management, partner operations, reporting, time-off management, and invoice auditing. Responsibilities include data entry, reporting on call activity, satisfaction surveys, and operational data, assisting with SLA tracking, time-off requests and approval, invoice tracking, and compliance checks of vendors. Coordination of service delivery for events and the creation and QA of paper scheduling and Per Diem offerings are also part of the role.
Must have:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, creating formulas and pivot tables.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

qualifications, skills and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent related experience) required
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel (creating formulas, pivot tables, conditional formatting, etc.)
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
