Job Description

As a (Junior-)Consultant, you will be responsible for the business with clients in the Travel & Mobility sector, with a focus on mobility. Your responsibilities include customer service, data analysis, recommendations, presentation, and coordination with internal departments. You will also be involved in the acquisition of new customers and the preparation and presentation of lectures at customer events. The position is limited to 2 years and can be based in Nuremberg or Hamburg, Germany, with occasional travel to client locations.

Must have:

Bachelor's degree in economics or related field
Experience in consulting, marketing, or market research
Affinity for travel and mobility
Strong analytical skills and understanding of data
Teamwork, presentation, and communication skills

Good to have:

Understanding of Consumer Panel methodologies
Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel

In der kontinuierlichen Verbraucherforschung erheben und analysieren wir das Nutzungs- und Einkaufsverhalten von Konsument*innen. Auf diese Weise erhalten wir wichtige Informationen darüber, wie sich das Verhalten der Konsument*innen und somit auch Märkte im Zeitverlauf verändern.

Die Division Retail & Lifestyle ist eine von vier Sales-Abteilungen innerhalb von YouGov Shopper Intelligence. Mit unserem Team beraten wir datenbasiert B2B-Kunden aus den Bereichen FMCG Retail, Nonfood & Fashion, Media & Entertainment sowie Travel & Mobility. 

Als (Junior-)Consultant (m/w/d) im Client Management Team (CMT) sind Sie mitverantwortlich für das Business mit unseren Kunden im Bereich Travel & Mobility mit dem Fokus Mobilität.

Im Einzelnen umfasst Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

Betreuung und Beratung der Kunden sowie Umsetzung der Kundenanforderungen

Kundenorientierte Analyse der Daten, Ableitung von Schlussfolgerungen, Empfehlungen für den Kunden, Umsetzung in Präsentationen und Übernahme von Präsentationen beim Kunden in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team

Weiterentwicklung unserer Daten bzgl. Datenqualität, Datenkontrolle, Implementierung von Analysetools, Abstimmung mit internen Fachbereichen

Umsetzung geeigneter Maßnahmen zur Zielerreichung, bspw. Unterstützung bei der Neukunden-Akquise inklusive Erstellung von Angeboten und Analyse-Konzepten

Sicherstellung und Optimierung der Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Schnittstellen innerhalb der Shopper Intelligence Organisation

Vorbereitung und Durchführung von (Teil-) Vorträgen bei Kundenveranstaltungen

Sie sind eine kommunikations- und kontaktstarke Persönlichkeit, die ein Gespür für und Interesse am aktuellen und zukünftigen Mobilitätsverhalten mitbringt und dabei kundenorientiert denkt und handelt. Sie sind engagiert, denken analytisch, arbeiten selbstständig und möchten Ihre Kreativität in unser Team einbringen.

Folgende Voraussetzungen bringen Sie mit:

Abgeschlossenes wirtschafts-/sozialwissenschaftliches Studium, idealerweise mit dem Schwerpunkt Marketing, Marktforschung oder Tourismus

Erste Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Consulting, Marketing/Vertrieb oder Marktforschung

Affinität zum Bereich Reisen und Mobilität

Freude an Aufbau und Pflege von vertrauensvollen Kundenbeziehungen

Analytische Fähigkeiten sowie ein Blick für die Zusammenhänge hinter den Daten

Teamfähigkeit, Aufbau von Beziehungen zu internen Fachbereichen, sehr gute Präsentations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

Wünschenswert ist ein (gutes) Verständnis für Methodik und Analysemöglichkeiten eines Consumer Panels

Sehr gute PC-Anwenderkenntnisse (MS Office) insbesondere PowerPoint und Excel

Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Die Stelle ist auf 2 Jahre befristet. Diese Stelle kann in einer unserer deutschen Niederlassungen in Nürnberg oder Hamburg besetzt werden und erfordert vereinzelte Reisen zu dem Standort unserer Kunden.
