The position

We’re looking for a motivated Junior Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong analytical mindset to join our User Acquisition (UA) team and grow the player base of our game, Star Stable Online. In this full-time role, you’ll develop broad expertise in digital marketing, working hands-on with SEO, our affiliate program, and supporting our efforts in influencer and mobile marketing. You will therefore play a key role in ensuring the continued growth of Star Stable Online.

You will collaborate with our affiliate marketing consultant to gradually take over and manage the program, while also taking ownership of and driving forward our early-stage SEO efforts. In this role, you will become part of our User Acquisition team, reporting to our Head of User Acquisition and working alongside our performance marketing specialists and creative team.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operation of our affiliate program; Setup tracking, monitor and eliminate potential fraud and onboarding new affiliates.

• Analyze performance of affiliate partners and optimize for revenue and ROAS.

• Handle day-to-day communication with affiliates; from general questions to negotiating program terms.

• Shape our SEO strategy and -performance: Identifying opportunities for improving the scale of our websites organic traffic and revenue.

• Conduct keyword research and optimize content on the website to target relevant search terms.

• Provide data-driven performance insights through ad hoc analysis, to support our activities in other areas of UA such as influencer- and mobile marketing.

We think you have 

• Strong analytical mindset.

• Comfortable working with data in Excel/Google Sheet

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics or related field.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Pluses

• Experience with SEO and/or the Impact.com platform.

• Knowledge in SQL coding or Thoughtspot and similar BI’s.

• Interest in or passion for games.
