We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Game Release Specialist to join our team in Bucharest!


About the job:

We seek a dedicated Game Release Specialist to strengthen our Casino Engine business unit in Bucharest. You will be responsible for managing the relationship with EveryMatrix’s gaming platform's existing Vendors while also overseeing the onboarding process when a new contract is signed.

As part of the vendor-facing team, you will be expected to gain an understanding of clients’ gaming needs in terms of casino content and to be able to produce solutions for operational and marketing challenges that come up.

What you'll get to do:

Creating tasks for new game launches based on the vendors’ roadmap;
Adding and updating games in Calendar;
Adding relevant assets for games in the community;
Obtain a good overview of games;
Assisting with project management;
Build strong relationships with our Vendors;
Keep up to date regarding key markets, product features etc., to be able to make the most of our partnership;
Acquire product knowledge and understand how different games and features work.;
Keep the product manager posted with vendors’ new features/releases;
Continuously update the CRM with key vendor information.

What You need to know:

We would appreciate experience in a Customer Support position;
Experience with software implementation projects would be an advantage;
Experience in data-based performance analysis, reporting and statistics would be an advantage;
Good understanding of the software development life-cycle and software release management;
Minimal marketing activities exposure is an asset;
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office – specifically Excel;
Excellent spoken and written English;
Genuine curiosity about gaming and a good understanding of the online industry;
Experience from the IT/Telecoms or similar technical field is a plus;
Computer savvy;
Excellent communication skills;
Client-oriented attitude;
Analytical thinking;
Proactive and self-motivated;
Good teamwork skills.

  • Start with 22 days of annual leave, with 2 additional days added each year, up to 32 days by your fifth year with us.
  • Stay Healthy: 10 sick leave days per year, no doctor's note required.
  • Hybrid work schedule: 60% work from the office and 40% work from home per quarter (during your first 3 months, you'll be in the office full-time)

  • 21 weeks of paid maternity leave, with the flexibility to work from home full-time until your child turns 1 year old.
  • 4 weeks of paternity leave, plus the flexibility to work from home full-time until your child is 13 weeks old.
