The Junior Google Ads Executive will report to the Senior Paid Search Manager and will be responsible for managing paid search engine marketing campaigns for clients in the UK. This includes implementing campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, optimizing campaigns, and producing reports for clients. The role also involves working with internal client management teams. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of experience in activating and optimizing paid campaigns, be proficient in English, and be able to manage complex spreadsheets. Job Description

Reporting to the Senior Paid Search Manager, you will create impact within our Paid Media Department. We take pride in our global client portfolio and our proprietary technology setting us apart in the industry.

You'll contribute to the daily management of paid Search Engine Marketing campaigns for some of our main clients in the UK, focusing on revenue and profit growth within budget goals.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Implement paid campaigns on Google Ads (performance max, search, shopping, display and video), and Microsoft Ads.
  • Optimise campaigns by measuring their performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Produce reports for the client.
  • Work with internal Client Management teams to support the smooth implementation of work and shadow meetings with the client.

Qualifications

  • Excellent level of English.
  • At least 6 months of experience activating and optimising paid campaigns in either Google Ads or Microsoft Ads (Bing).
  • You can maintain complex spreadsheets and process large amounts of data.
  • You're good at adapting strategies and plans to navigate unforeseen circumstances.
  • You embrace challenges as opportunities and seek feedback to enhance your skills.
  • You'll love getting to know your clients, developing long-lasting relationships and adding value to their business.
