Job Description
As a Junior Growth Analyst at Gojek (part of GoTo Group), you'll contribute to data-driven strategies boosting transactions, customer acquisition, and retention. Responsibilities include executing demand generation initiatives, developing performance dashboards, providing actionable insights through various analyses (funnel conversion, cohort analysis, user segmentation), identifying growth opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Marketing, Product, Research, Risk), and presenting key findings to stakeholders. You'll work within the Transport Strategy & Planning team, aiming to meet growth targets while ensuring reliable service.

About The Role
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping data-driven strategies to enhance transactions, drive customer acquisition, and improve retention of our GoCar services. You will contribute to the implementation of demand generation initiatives, analyze customer behavior to generate actionable insights, and support optimization efforts that fuel the growth of our core businesses.
What You Will Do
- Execute demand generation initiatives aligned with data-driven insights and strategic business objectives
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards to monitor key metrics and assess the effectiveness of growth initiatives
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations through funnel conversion analysis, cohort analysis, and user segmentation
- Uncover growth opportunities by analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Science, Marketing, Product, Research, and Risk to ensure seamless execution of growth strategies
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate key findings and data-driven recommendations to stakeholders
What This Role Needs
- Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field
- Maximum 2 years of experience in data analysis or related fields is preferred
- Proficiency in SQL and other data analysis tools is preferred
- Demonstrated understanding of A/B testing, cohort analysis, and funnel optimization
- Experience in creating dashboards and using data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Looker Studio)
- A structured problem-solving approach with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and a team player mindset
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
