The Junior HR Administration Specialist will support HR Operations, managing employee lifecycle stages. Responsibilities include offer document preparation, onboarding facilitation, document management in HRIS, contributing to policy improvements, and providing operational advice. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, and teamwork. The position involves contract management, pre-onboarding activities, and maintaining data accuracy within the HR system. Collaboration across teams and functions is vital.
Must have:
  • 1+ years HR experience

We are looking for a HR Administration Specialist to join our HR Operations team.

HR Administration Specialist operates at the intersection of HR with other corporate functions to provide high quality and clarity on every stage of the employee lifecycle.

You will be empowered and accountable for:

  • Following and executing employees’ contract management process
  • Organizing pre-onboarding activities
  • Execution of document storage and database accuracy in HRIS
  • Playing an active role in change management and process improvement implementation

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and execute offer documents for new hires
  • Facilitate smooth onboarding procedures
  • Maintain internal document storage
  • Administer cooperation types and benefits packages
  • Manage company org structure administration
  • Contribute to policy implementation and process improvements
  • Participate in employment operations activities
  • Offer HR operational advice to managers and employees
  • Foster collaboration across teams and functions

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in HR Operations or Administration
  • Proficient in MS Excel and BPMN tools
  • Upper-intermediate English proficiency
  • Self-starter that demonstrates leadership with or without formal authority
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to identify root causes of issues
  • High emotional intelligence
  • Excellent communication and team player abilities
