As an HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives through data-driven insights. You will work closely with various departments to provide analytical support, enhance HR processes, and drive employee engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to provide actionable insights to senior HRBP and business leaders.
Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to track key metrics such as turnover, employee engagement, and performance.
Assist in compiling data for presentations and reports for various stakeholders.
Talent Management Support:
Collaborate with the HR team to analyze talent trends and support workforce planning initiatives.
Assist in evaluating training and development needs by analyzing performance data and employee feedback.
Support the implementation of employee retention strategies through data analysis.
Employee Engagement & Culture:
Help analyze employee engagement survey results and work with teams to develop improvement strategies.
Assist in designing and implementing programs to promote a positive workplace culture based on data insights.
HR Process Improvement:
Identify areas for improvement within HR processes using data analysis.
Support the HRBP in developing strategies for operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Assist in the implementation of HR technology solutions that enhance data collection and reporting capabilities.
Collaboration & Communication:
Build strong relationships with employees and management to understand their needs and challenges.
Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders, ensuring data is accessible and actionable.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational initiatives.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience, with a strong emphasis on data analysis and reporting.
Experience in Human Resources is strongly preferred but not required; candidates with diverse backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for advanced data analysis, including functions, pivot tables, and complex formulas.
Experience in creating and maintaining dashboards and reports in Power BI or similar data visualization tools is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data findings and recommendations to a variety of stakeholders effectively
