This Junior L&D Specialist (Onboarding Trainer) role at Testronic focuses on onboarding new hires, both generally and technically within the FQA service line. Responsibilities include updating onboarding documentation based on feedback, collaborating with team leads and HR on training needs, managing the internal learning platform (with the Senior L&D Specialist), and conducting workshops. The ideal candidate has at least one year of manual testing experience (game testing is a plus), is a passionate gamer, possesses strong communication and presentation skills, and has proficiency in MS Office. Additional duties include attending meetings, maintaining training records, and assisting HR as needed.
